Per my request, he flew high to catch this annoying fly, and missed it by 5 to 8 inches.

I did this 5K "Ridiculous Obstacle Course" race with my friends this weekend.

I haven't run more than 5 steps in 2 years, but more than running, who knew hanging onto a rope or climbing over a small wall are the hardest thing ever.

Shower guide for moms

Red: Wash every time
Yellow: Wash most of the time but as fast as you can
Green: Wash only when baby's not fussy

Back from Japan

Hello!  We are back!  

Baby did amazing on the plane and during all the traveling and activities in Japan.  I already can't wait to go back :D
